Erick Viane building growth and product systems

I'm a Growth & RevOps Specialist and Full-Stack Developer based in Brazil. I help companies design and operate the systems that turn marketing, sales and product into measurable revenue.

With over 15 years across IT, full-stack development, product coordination and growth engineering, I founded OctoPlus (2014-2021), led growth initiatives at XP Inc, and currently drive RevOps at D4U Immigration. I combine HubSpot, automation and AI-powered tooling to make growth operations actually scale.
